Procedures of Variation:
Procedures vary from client to client in accordance with their proposals.
Steps of Initial Paper work:
Step -1:
The client sends Client Information Sheet ( CIS ), Letter of Intent ( LOI), Board Resolution (Company Profile), Passport of the client, Passport of Mandate and all intermediaries and Copy of the Instrument ( Front & Back ). We first need the paper work and copy of instrument to check from our network for genuineness of the instrument. An LOI is a Letter of your intention, so use your own words as to what you want to be done.
Step -2:
Our network checks the genuineness of the instrument and then we can give you a discount possible.
Step -3:
We shall send our Fee Protection Agreement (FPA).
Step -4:
The client sends our FPA with proper Signature and Company seal.
Step -5:
Normal discounting process starts.
