One of my friends from Delhi wants to set up a branch office in Kolkata.
He is looking for a 2 bedroom kind of accomodation, kitchen to be used as a pantry, bathrooms for common use, drawing/dining as office mainroom/ lobby, one bedrooom as managers cabin and one room (with attached bath)to be kept locked and used for his stay when he is travelling a few days in a week, for his monitoring of operations.
Areas preferable would be areas other than main city premises, say like around Behala etc.
His budget is around Rs.6000-7000.
Do please inform if anyone has any such property in mind.
