My name is Shashank (Shaz) Pendharkar and I have five business interests that I promote:
I live in Canada as my home base but am in India and Dubai for about 5-6 mths out of the year.
1. Meditours (www.meditours.org) - we bring people from all over the world to India (Mumbai, Trinvandurm , Coimbitore ) for surgeries - hip/knee/plastic/IVF/dental - veneers etc).
2. School Project - I am in the process of getting investors together to start a Canadian School in Dubai or in the Gulf.
3. I am also have a licence to sell real estate in Dubai so if you or you know of anyone who wants to purchase Real Estate I do this through Clock Tower Real Estate.
4. I also arrange investment money for developers who need money for short term basis - eg three years and can be up to 50M USD - Minimum 3M USD.
5. Finally - I am looking for a company for sale with gross revune of 25M USD per year
